Report An Outage

Description of Service

Report an issue with an application anytime an application is not accessible and it should be. Applications are necessary to complete our daily tasks. Reporting issues ensures IT is aware of the outage and can take appropriate action to resolve the issue. This includes, but is not limited to, Concur, Banner, Xtender, TimeClock Plus, and  WebFOCUS. Submit a ticket using the Report Issue button in the right-side navigation
