PrinterLogic - Install Printer (For Windows)

Overview

 Printer is not available; No printers are installed after reimaging; Printer set up

Prerequisites

Must have permission to the printer(s)

Resolution

1. Click on Start Menu 
2. Click on Printer Installer
3. Click on Add Printer

4. If it asks to install an add-in. Please follow the prompts to do so. 
5. May have to repeat steps 1-3 if the original tab isn’t open or goto the Direct link for printer logic
6. Look for the printer object based on the building, the room number and the model.  

7.  Click the printer object on the right hand side. 
8.  Click Set as default printer if the customer wants the printer as default.
9. Click Yes to confirm installation.

10.  Click Ok
11. If you aren't seeing the appropriate printer listed, please submit a ticket with us along with the barcode of your computer and the printer(s) you are needing access to
