PrinterLogic - Client Refresh

Overview

Printer is not available; No printers are installed after re-imaging.

Prerequisites

PrinterLogic client is installed.

Computer is named properly.

Resolution

1. Click on Start Menu.
2. Select "All" from menu if list is now show.

3. Click on Printer Installer.
4. Click on Refresh Configurations.

5. If there are still no printers available, please submit a ticket along with the barcode and printer(s) being requested.
