Overview
How to modify Outlook junk mail settings to avoid email getting caught in quarantine. The personal mail settings will override the global settings.
Prerequisites
Ferris Office 365 account.
Resolution
Note: Even if the messages do go to quarantine, you are still able to review them at any time using the quarantine page link.
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select the Junk email option. From here, you can block and allow senders/domains. The Junk email settings are also accessible by right-clicking on an email.
- If the email is from a trusted sender, select the Never Block Sender’s Domain option and those emails should come through from now on.
