Prerequisites

Windows Machine with Accounting Enabled on a Konica Printer

Resolution

  1. Go to the Windows icon and search Printers
  2. Select the Copier in question.
  3. Select Open Queue
  4. Select Printer tab
  5. Select properties tab
  6. Select Settings tab (far right)
  7. Select Authentication settings
  8. Uncheck Verify authentication settings, and then select OK
  9. Select Apply on the settings tab
