Prerequisites
Windows Machine with Accounting Enabled on a Konica Printer
Resolution

Go to the Windows icon and search Printers

Select the Copier in question.

Select Open Queue
-
Select Printer tab
-
Select properties tab
-
Select Settings tab (far right)
-
Select Authentication settings
-
Uncheck Verify authentication settings, and then select OK

Select Apply on the settings tab
