What To Do...Can't Find Remote for Projector or Display

Overview

Can't power on or off projector or display. Remote missing or no remote.

Most spaces will not have a remote with some exceptions

Prerequisites

In a Classroom or event space

Resolution

1. Have customer check to see if Extron Control Panel exists on podium or on wall. 
2. If so ask the customer to power on the projector using the control panel.
