Can't power on or off projector or display. Remote missing or no remote.
Most spaces will not have a remote with some exceptions
Prerequisites
In a Classroom or event space
Resolution
- Have customer check to see if Extron Control Panel exists on podium or on wall.
- If so ask the customer to power on the projector using the control panel.
