Description of Service:

Request the creation or modifications to your Ferris credentials (Active Directory or AD account).

This account is used to access Ferris systems such as Ferris360, Banner, Email and TimeClock Plus. 

Who Can Access This Service?

Employees can submit a ticket for these services.
Students should contact the Registrar's Office.
