Current TeamDynamix email templates will change on 7/24/24.

On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the IT Services Portal email notification template is getting a makeover! The current email template with the blue line will be replaced with a Ferris-branded template by the end of the day.
Images of the current and new email templates are below. This change will affect all new tickets and all email communications sent from existing tickets.
