Office Move

Office moves between rooms that are unrelated to position changes need to be processed by Human Resources (HR) using the Office Move form available in Ferris 360. Do not submit a ticket on the IT Services Portal. A ticket will be created once HR notifies IT Services.

Position/Job Change

Human Resources notifies IT Services of office moves happening in conjunction with a position change after processing the Personnel Action Form (PAF).

Furniture Moves

The relocation of furniture is handled by the Facilities Management department. 

IT Services

Verification of E911 location is updated for emergency purposes. Barcodes and Hostnames are updated in our systems. This does require interaction between a tech and the customer's computer.
