Overview
What to do when you receive an error message when logging into Ferris360. "ope! Your Ferris 360 account" related errors.
Prerequisites
New Employee or student (typically).
Note: Only current employees and students have access to Ferris360.
Resolution
1. Verify that you are logging in with your personal Ferris account (userid@ferris.edu).
2. Contact the IT Solution Center a day or two after getting your Ferris Email account because a back-end process may not have run.
