PrinterLogic installed on windows
Resolution
Please Note: Save all documents first and close out of programs since these steps will require a reboot.
This process should take no more than 5 minutes.
- Uninstall Printer Installer Client from Add/Remove Programs.
- Click this link to open a new tab in your browser https://ferris.printercloud.com/ and start on Step 2 in the instructions from the vendor
- Reboot Computer and log back in
