Unable to log into Ebill

Prerequisites

FSU student, former student, or set up to be an authorized user on a student E-Bill account.

Resolution

Authorized Users

  1. Go to E-bill Login
  2. Click Authorized User
  3. Input email address that was used to set up the account.  
  4. Click Forget Password

If you are unable to log in, contact Student Financial Services so that they can verify the email address being used.

Students and Staff

  1. Go to E-bill Login
  2. Click Students and Staff
  3. Input 8 Digit Student ID Number and PIN (MMDDYY birthday)
  4. Click Login
