How to set up MFA for Office365 via Yubikey

Prerequisites

have a physical USB yubikey that is compatible with the USB port on the computer

Amazon: NFC Yubikey

Resolution

1.      Open browser and go to office.ferris.edu and sign in to your account.  
2.      Click Next when there is a More information required prompt
    
3.      Select I want to set up a different method          
    
4.      Click on Security key
   
    
5.      Select USB device and Click Next
   
    
6.      Click Back when presented with this QR code
    
7.      Select Use an external security key and click OK 
    
8.      Insert Yubikey into the computer's USB port 
    
9.      Create a new pin for the security key
    
10.      Touch the Yubikey 
     
11.      Name the Yubikey and click Next
