Overview
When trying to access a W2 form in Ferris360 (Self-Serve Banner (SSB) 9), you don't know the PIN or the PIN is disabled.
Prerequisites
Applies to all employees: faculty, staff, administration, and student employees.
Resolution
- The default PIN for SSB is your birth date in the MMDDYY format.
- If the default PIN doesn't work, call the IT Solution Center to reset the PIN.
