Ferris owned Windows machine
Resolution
1. Please contact us with the barcode of the device so that it can be moved to the correct OU.
2. Once notification is made that the change was made, please reboot the computer and log back in if possible.
Please Note: Please connect the computer atleast every other month to the Ferris Network to keep the computer active and up to date. If off campus, please log into VPN to accomplish this.
