I am traveling outside of the United States, can I use my Ferris phone?
Answer
Yes, you can bring your cell phone with you. Our cell phone vendor has offered a plan that will let you to continue to use your Ferris phone as you would in the states.
Click the Request International button on the right to submit a work order with the dates of travel atleast a week ahead of time to start the process for adding international cell service. You can also request international email on that same form using the checkbox.
There is a separate request form for international email only.
Note: Budgetary approval is needed since it currently costs $10 / day with the cell phone company to have the international feature turned on.
