Unable to Access Online Orientation but can access Ferris360 and email

Prerequisites

Student needs to be officially admitted to the University

Account updates are run daily 7 days a week. So at most, check back the next day.

Resolution

1.  Goto https://Ferris.edu/orientation
2.  Click Launch Orientation Now
3.  Log in using Computing ID and password.
4. If there are issues with signing into the orientation portal and are able to log into Ferris email, please remember your date of admission to the University
5. If it was recent within the last 24 hours, please try again in a couple of days.
