Customer experiencing issues with Watermark Software
Prerequisites
Log in issues have to do with long email address pulling from Canvas. Default email in Canvas must be their short id for it to work properly
Resolution
The Watermark Software is supported by Michelle Johnson of the Academic Affairs division
She supports from the Watermark vendor: Faculty Success, and Course Evaluations. These two applications are currently configured with SSO against Office 365 and the links to these applications are located within the Ferris 360 portal.
