Cayuse Access and Troubleshooting

Overview

Troubleshooting Cayuse Access. Student can't access Cayuse. Authentication error when logging into Cayuse.

Prerequisites

Access Cayuse through Ferris360.

Former students and Undergraduates do not get access by default to Cayuse. 

Resolution

1. Undergrads need to be manually added to the system, please contact Research@ferris.edu
2. The system should automatically sign the user in if logging through Ferris360
3. If it doesn't automatically log the user in, put in the Ferris email address (Username@ferris.edu) and password and log in (just like you would do to access Ferris Online Email)
4. Clear the browser cache. 
5. Try a different browser.
