Overview
How to log in to a classroom or lab computer on the main campus. What ID and password should be used?
Prerequisites
For Big Rapids and Grand Rapids ATC 172, 174 classroom and Labs only

Resolution
Windows Machines
1. Power on the computer.
2. A splash screen will appear with additional login information. Click OK to proceed to the login screen.
3. Identify the room number that the computer is in.
Note: Each classroom/lab has a unique username based upon the room number. The username is not case sensitive. For example: If the computer is in MCO210, the username will be MCO210. The password is always blank for the logins and you need to make sure the username on the login screen says Log on to Ferris_ad\MCO210.
4. Leave the password field blank and click the arrow button or press enter on the keyboard to log in.

1. Click FSU
2. Press Enter
