BUS 222 - Audio, Projector & Systems Support

Overview

We need help operating the audio, projector and/or systems in BUS 222.

Prerequisites

Audio only follows the source on the left projector.

Resolution (Audio Only)

Verify the source for the left projector is selected for the desired audio output.

BUS 222 Conference Room-

Turn on the System

1. Turn on the projector and lower the screens.

• Touch the Press here to begin button.

           2.Turn computer on: 

• (The keyboard and mouse are kept in BUS 200E.) 

Connect an External Source:

To connect a laptop: 

1. Cables are available in the cable cubby next to the touch screen, or one of the two cable cubbies available in the tables. Connect the required cables to the laptop.

2. Select the appropriate device connection on the touch screen for the laptop.

Using the Telephone

1. To switch to the telephone control screen touch the Tele Conference button on the left side of the touch screen.

2. To open the phone line press Call then dial using the instructions below:

To dial:

• Long distance dial *87 then the 10 digit phone number.
• Local dial *86 then the 7 digit phone number.
• On campus dial the 4 digit extension.
• The phone number for this room is: 231-591-2096.
