Overview

How to request a copy of official transcripts.

Prerequisites

A student who has taken at least one class. 

Resolution

Option 1

Log in to your Ferris Office 365 account, then follow these instructions: Self Service Banner Request Official Transcripts

Option 2

Go to the following link, select Ferris State University from the drop-down menu, and follow the instructions: National Student Clearinghouse
