Prerequisites
Must be current employees of Ferris
Resolution
1. Please click General Help Request on the right
2. Include the barcode(s) of the device(s) as we will need to update this in our system to transfer responsibility
3. Someone will contact you regarding the request as the device may or may not need to be wiped in order to ensure data security.
